這一期週報的內容是有關於【機車紋身術是用來防止機車遭竊的最新防盜科技】的報導。
台灣機車之多應該堪稱機車王國了！大街小巷的機車，令人眼花撩亂、目不暇給！幾乎人人都有一台機車可以代步，讓原本就面積不大的島國，交通更是便利，但是也衍生出不少的問題，其中之一就是機車的失竊率。
機車的高失竊率一直都是治安的一個毒瘤，有關單位從來也拿不出什麼解決良方來。而這個治安上的問題則直接或間接地導致社會成本的付出與浪費。
最近有一項新的科技的發明，就是在機車的車身及零組件上，以熱融燙金的方式，烙上機車的引擎號碼或車牌號碼，這樣子由於竊賊不易銷贓，因此可以防止機車被偷竊，因而降低機車的失竊率。
這樣的防盜技術對於機車族而言，無異是一大福音。而最近各警察單位，更大力舉辦免費烙印的活動，希望藉此推廣這項機車防盜的新方法，這對機車騎士們更是一項大利多。
